CHARLESTON ANIMAL SOCIETY ANNOUNCES PLANS TO MAKE SOUTH CAROLINA A NO KILL STATE BY 2024

At its 147th annual meeting on Sunday, March 14th, Charleston Animal Society announced the Palmetto State can be a No Kill State by 2024. The initiative is funded through a grant from the Petco Foundation.
