"OPERATION FIX IT" DESIGNED TO SAVE ANIMALS THROUGH SPAY-NEUTER SURGERIES

Charleston Animal Society announces the launch of “Operation Fix It: Spay it Forward" May 1 – May 5. This critical fundraiser will support their crucial mission of providing low-cost spay and neuter services to thousands of animals annually.

$3,000 REWARD OFFERED FOR INFORMATION INVOLVING SEVERELY NEGLECTED DOG  

A female dog just over a year old was found wandering  on Houston Street in North Charleston and brought to Charleston Animal Society for lifesaving treatment.

Caitlyn: 9 Years Later

9 years ago, a very special dog named Caitlyn came into Charleston Animal Society's care after being made a victim one of the most shocking cruelty cases ever witnessed in our organization's 150 years. Her snout had been sealed shut with electrical tape, cutting off blood flow and making it impossible for her to eat or drink.
