Frederick is a 4-year-old Chihuahua mix with a gentle heart who’s looking for a patient and understanding family to help him build his confidence. While he may be shy at first, beneath that timid exterior is a sweet, loving dog who just needs time to feel safe and secure. With the recent rescue of 22 dogs from Georgetown, we need adopters now more than ever!
