Charleston Animal Society now offers a program called Pet Safe to ensure your pet is taken care of, in their new home with a loving family, when you are gone or are disabled.

We are hosting the training of Animal Control Officers and animal industry professionals this week at the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office, significantly elevating the capacity for handling animal cruelty in our state.

We recently transported a number of dogs to Charleston Animal Society from one of our sister shelters that was well over capacity. You can help us save more by making room in your home for one more!
