Our homeschool days are an educational program focusing on science, art, and environmental topics. Join us to discover new topics!

This 1.5-hour program will contain an interactive lesson, hands-on activities, and exciting animal time. Homeschool days are geared towards children ages 8-12, to provide your child with the most appropriate learning experience.

Homeschool Days are designed for students only. Parents are asked to drop students off for the program. Capacity for the program is limited. Please register now to secure your spot.

Is your homeschooler a cat lover? Join us for our May Homeschool Program to explore the world of felines, from big cats to itty bitty kittens! Participants will master cat body language and roll up their sleeves to help our furry friends in need. They will also get to interact with some of the shelter’s tiniest residents!

IMPORTANT: Before you can sign your child up for a homeschool program, you must read the Charleston Animal Society Release of Liability, Medical Consent, Photographic Image Release And Permission to Participate CLICK HERE.

By registering, you certify that your child has reviewed all body language safety sheets and will adhere to animal safety guidelines while participating in youth activities at Charleston Animal Society.
