SOUTH CAROLINA – For the next 48 hours, Every dog that is adopted at Charleston Animal Society will go home with a $100 Petco gift card!
“We are extending our adoption hours to 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, to help us with a dangerous overcrowding situation at the shelter,” said Charleston Animal Society Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Aldwin Roman, CAWA. “We believe this 48-hour blitz will ignite a wave of compassion across the Lowcountry to find these amazing animals new homes.”
The shelter is packed to the point that the intake of stray dogs is being limited. Charleston Animal Society is located at 2455 Remount Road in North Charleston, right off the Remount Road exit on I-26. All adoptable animals can be viewed at CharlestonAnimalSociety.org/
