DOG RECOVERING AFTER BEING SHOT IN SHOULDER

Charleston Animal Society offering $3,000 Reward for information leading to the arrest and felony conviction of those responsible.

WHO: Charleston Animal Society

WHAT: $3,000 Reward for information leading to the arrest and felony conviction of the person or persons who shot a German Shepherd named “Timbo” in the shoulder on Wadmalaw Island. Veterinarians found fragments of what appears to be a hollow-point bullet in Timbo’s shoulder.

WHERE: The dog was found on Etheridge Road on Wadmalaw Island and was then brought to Charleston Animal Society for treatment.

WHEN: October 17, 2022

WHY: Charleston Animal Society is committed to fighting cruelty wherever it exists. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this shooting as a case of animal cruelty. Timbo is very friendly and is expected to recover. If you have any information, you are asked to call (843) 743-7200.
