Tools of the Trade

Just like the human medical sector, the veterinary field relies heavily on technology to aid us in saving the lives of animals.  Due to this, the career field is very diversified, with some careers specializing in using tools such as radiographs, ultrasounds, and more to improve the care we provide to animals. During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn more about these life-saving tools.

  • Cost: $20  (includes lesson, activity, & animal time!)

Before signing your child up for an Explorer’s Club event, you must read and approve the Charleston Animal Society Release of Liability, Medical Consent, Photographic Image Release And Permission to Participate.

By registering below, you certify that your child has reviewed all body language safety sheets and will adhere to animal safety guidelines while participating in youth activities at Charleston Animal Society.
