Our homeschool days are an educational program focusing on science, art, and environmental topics. Join us to discover new topics!

This 1.5-hour program will contain an interactive lesson, hands-on activities, and exciting animal time. Homeschool days are geared towards children ages 8-11, to provide your child with the most appropriate learning experience.

Homeschool Days are designed for students only. Parents are asked to drop students off for the program. Capacity for the program is limited. Please register now to secure your spot.

Is your child interested in learning more about our intelligent ocean friends while also meeting furry friends? Join us in discovering the fascinating world of dolphins! This program will consist of an engaging lesson, an interactive game, and animal time with our furry friends at the shelter. Your homeschooler will leave this program with some fun dolphin facts to share and a better understanding of one of our oceans most intelligent creatures. 

Standards: 2-LS4-1, 2-ESS3-1, 3-LS2-1, 3-LS3-1, 3-LS4-3, 4-LS1-1, 4-LS1-2, 5-LS2-1

IMPORTANT: Before you can sign your child up for a homeschool program, you must read and approve the Charleston Animal Society Release of Liability, Medical Consent, Photographic Image Release And Permission to Participate CLICK HERE.
