Belle Hall Earth Day Celebration

Join us as we celebrate Earth Day at Belle Hall with pet adoptions and other activities!

 

Location: Belle Hall Neighborhood, Outdoor at the Veranda Pavilion area (weather permitting)

Activities:

  • Mass release of 100 monarch butterflies into new butterfly garden
  • Transform a soda bottle into a bird feeder
  • Bring a lawn chair or blanket and listen to the groovy sounds of The Wildflower Station Band
  • Visit with local Meteorologist Rob Fowler
  • Enjoy conservation demonstrations
  • Earth-friendly vendors

RELEASE YOUR OWN MONARCH BUTTERFLY

  • Belle Hall is going to do our part to increase the numbers of this beautiful and important pollinator.
  • $10 for each butterfly, individually boxed for release.

MAKE AN “UPCYCLED” BIRD FEEDER

  • Bring a clean, dry 2 Liter soda bottle to be made into a backyard bird feeder
