Blackwater Tattoo Collective has teamed up with Johnny Dawgs to support Charleston Animal Society! From 11am to 6pm on Saturday, February 15th, Blackwater Tattoo will be doing pre-drawn palm-sized flash for as low as $120 (arms and legs only). Johnny Dawgs will be onsite selling food, and Charleston Animal Society will have pups onsite for a portion of the event looking for their new families!
