Join us for the 18th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Block Party & Parade, the biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebration in the Lowcountry, on Saturday, March 12, 2022! The celebration will feature live music, street vending and fare from Olde North Charleston restaurants, a Kid’s Zone, and more. The block party kicks off with a parade starting on Park Place East (adjacent to East Montague Avenue and across from the Park Circle Community Center) at 12:00 noon.
The party, parade and parking are free to the public. Parking is very limited, please carpool or rideshare and utilize care when parking in adjacent neighborhoods. VIP Parking will be available for $5 at North Charleston High School and will benefit the North Charleston High PTSA and ROTC programs. FREE parking will also be located Noisette Blvd near Virginia avenue – parking map coming soon!
East Montague will close between Virginia Avenue and Jenkins Avenue at 9:00am for set up and remain closed until 7:00 pm. Additional closures will occur on Chateau Avenue, O’Hear Avenue, Empire avenue and Colie Morse Way. East Montague Avenue between Park Place East and Jenkins Avenue at 11:30am and stay closed for the duration of the parade.
