DESCRIPTION:Join the Better Business Bureau and Shred 360 to help dispose of sensitive documents that could pose a threat to your privacy with the Fall Shred Day at Charleston Animal Society. \nBBB encourages everyone to pull out their old bills\, floppy discs\, CDs\, credit card records and other personal paperwork and bring them to Caro-Smart Financial Solutions to be destroyed. \nIn an effort to shred your sensitive documents in a timely manner\, Attendees are limited to (3) three boxes (copy paper box or smaller) or three bags (kitchen trash bag or smaller) per vehicle. There is no need to remove binders\, binder clips\, paper clips\, staples\, rubber bands\, or CDs/DVDs prior to shredding. Shred360 will also accept opened prescription medication bottles.

SUMMARY:Walk to Fight Hunger
DESCRIPTION:Join Charleston Animal Society as they attend Lowcountry Food Bank’s “Walk to Fight Hunger” for a day of fun as community members unite and walk to fight hunger in the Lowcountry. There is a walk route for everyone – choose the 5k nature trail or the paved 1 mile family-friendly loop. With activities like packing Backpack Buddies\, seed planting\, scavenger hunt with prizes\, and so much more\, you can expect a great time for all ages! \nBack again this year is our drive-thru\, drop off food drive right next door at Charleston Southern University. Most needed items are canned proteins\, like tuna or chicken\, canned vegetables and fruit (low-sodium\, low-sugar). Participants going to the Walk in Wannamaker Park can drop off at the event.
