Each year\, Jeff Cook Real Estate sponsors 100 adoptions to celebrate Cook’s birthday. \nThe first 100 animals adopted at the shelter (2455 Remount Road in North Charleston) will be free. “Having partners like Jeff Cook is what makes our No Kill Community thrive\,” said Charleston Animal Society President and CEO Joe Elmore\, CFRE\, CAWA. “Each year they step forward to save animal lives.”

Not feelin’ the horror theme? That’s fine too! All costumes are encouraged and eligible to enter our costume contest. \nWho are we? Crawls for Paws is Charleston’s newest charity throwing events around town with all of the proceeds going toward helping animals in need find a loving home and preventing animal cruelty. We’ve partnered with The Charleston Animal Society to help us achieve this mission! \nEvent Details:\nCheck-in will be from 2 – 5 pm at Mesu where you will pick up your scorecards and other swag\, and then crawl to the other participating bars on your scorecard\, enjoying drink specials and getting your scorecard marked at each bar.\n-The first 400 to check in will get our signature Nightmare on King Street koozie\n-Drink specials TBA soon\n-Professional Photographer and videographer to capture the fun\n-Free entry (with ticket) to all participating bars\, DJs at multiple stops\n-All proceeds will support helping animals in need find a loving home and preventing animal cruelty\n-Hundreds of others in their scariest/sexiest costumes!
