SUMMARY:ASPCA and Subaru Loves Pets 2022
DESCRIPTION:Charleston Animal Society is partnering with Crews Subaru of Charleston for an ASPCA/Subaru Loves Pets\, month long event in October. The lifesaving adoption event will include special emphasis on National Make a Dog’s Day on Oct. 22. \nThis community partner event will be held at Charleston Animal Society 2455 Remount Rd. and will feature ten “Underdog” dogs for adoption. Each person who adopts a Subaru sponsored dog will be given Subaru dog toys\, bandannas and much more. \nOur adoption team\, along with Crews Subaru of Charleston team members will pick 10 “underdogs “to be featured. These picks will be fee-waived adoptions and designated by special branded Subaru Loves Pets cage signage. At the Crews Subaru dealership\, we will be featuring a FILL the SUBARU with LOVE Event. Supporters will be asked to bring dog and cat food to the dealership to fill the Outback with LOVE\, October 8th-15th. Crews Subaru of Charleston will have cars on display at the Charleston Animal Society campus. \nFee waived adoptions will be in person adoptions.

In honor of Jeff Cook of Jeff Cook Real Estate’s birthday\, adoption fees for all animals in the shelter from October 17th to the 23rd will be waived. Each year\, Jeff Cook Real Estate sponsors 100 adoptions to celebrate Cook’s birthday. \nThe first 100 animals adopted at the shelter (2455 Remount Road in North Charleston) will be free. “Having partners like Jeff Cook is what makes our No Kill Community thrive\,” said Charleston Animal Society President and CEO Joe Elmore\, CFRE\, CAWA. “Each year they step forward to save animal lives.”
